Jhn 1:35-37 (35) Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; (36) And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God! (37) And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.
What did the disciples do the other time John announced the Lamb of God and why different this time?
One of the best complements I can get is when someone reads my words ongoing and states ‘don’t you write about anything else, every message seems to be about the same’; thank God for He then is truly in those words. What they want is feel good, instructional, or inspirational messages full of fluff but absent of the heart piercing gospel. But I say there is good news, saving news, in ‘Behold the Lamb of God!’. There is no need for any other message there is no need to fluff it up for the masses to enjoy. For this message inspired by the Spirit of God, expounded by our lips by His grace, is great news to a sinner whose eyes and ears have been opened by the Lord. This same message we can here again and again and never get tired of for this message announcing the Lamb of God gives peace, gives instruction, and gives inspiration to a hopeless sinner.
